Hell Rell of the Diplomats is set to release his debut of For the Hell of It which is due out in stores on September 11, 2007. The first single I Shall Proceed will be shipping out to radio and Rell said that the video for the single is now in production. You all know Dipset may not get any air play, so for all you myspacers check out Hell Rell's myspace to hear this joint or just cop the CD.
